QA type electromagnetic hook bridge crane is a hook bridge crane equipped with electromagnetic sucker, which is composed of five parts: bridge, trolley (equipped with lifting mechanism and operating mechanism), crane operating mechanism, electrical equipment, electromagnetic sucker system (electromagnetic double beam), rotating mechanism (electromagnetic double beam). It is a machine that uses the electromagnetic principle to transport iron and steel articles, with a discable electric disk, especially suitable for the metallurgical factory in the indoor or open occasions of heavy loading and unloading and handling of magnetic metal products and materials.




QA type electromagnetic hook bridge crane structure consists of bridge frame, trolley (equipped with lifting mechanism and operating mechanism), crane operating mechanism, electrical equipment, electromagnetic sucker system (electromagnetic double beam), rotating mechanism (electromagnetic double beam). Among them, the bridge is to support the main part of the crane, the car is responsible for lateral movement and up and down moving part, the crane operation mechanism is to control the lifting process of the part, electrical equipment is to provide power and control signals of the part, and the electromagnetic sucker system is responsible for the adsorption of items.

The lifting parameters of QA type electromagnetic hook bridge crane include lifting weight and lifting height. Its lifting weight is 5t-50t, and its lifting height is 6~20m and other options, can be customized according to customer needs.

QA type magnetic hook bridge crane is suitable for heavy loading and unloading of magnetic metal products and materials (such as steel plate, steel ingot, section steel, pig iron block) between fixed span in the indoor or open-air metallurgical plant. In the machinery factory, warehouse is also commonly used to transport steel.
