GQ fixed crane can carry out loading and unloading operations between banks and ships, with high efficiency, good stability and flexible operation. It is an ideal loading and unloading equipment for inland rivers and lakes. It is especially suitable for a large number of loading and unloading operations at the wharf. Users can choose to configure a hook or grab. The hook or grab can be used for loading and unloading in full working range, such as steel, bagged goods, wood, etc. When the special multi-leg hook is used, it can lift multiple goods at one time. When equipped with electromagnetic chuck, scrap steel can be lifted.

GQ fixed crane is applicable to small and medium-sized ports, vertical docks, stations, storage yards and other places. It can be equipped with hook or grab operation, and has strong adaptability to goods. It can also be installed on the ship as a floating crane. As a new generation of fixed rotary crane, this machine adopts rigid energy link structure and lifting pulley block compensation to keep the cargo level during the luffing process and reduce the luffing power. The rotating mechanism is driven by vertical motor and planetary reducer, with compact structure and high transmission efficiency. It can act independently or jointly with luffing mechanism.

The electrical system adopts domestic high-quality or imported components, with stable and reliable performance.

The main parts (positions) of the standard joint, such as the connecting sleeve, pull rod, upper and lower turntable, all adopt CO2 gas shielded welding, with large penetration and small deformation. The standard joint can be interchanged.

The lifting mechanism has good speed regulation performance, smooth lifting and lowering without impact.
